<p class='vspace'>ich hätte eine Frage. Ich habe vergangene Woche eine neue Arbeitsstelle als Coiffeuse angetreten. Alle Arbeitsverträge im Coiffeurgewerbe unterliegen dem GAV. Dies steht in meinem Arbeitsvertrag auch wortwörtlich so drin. Mit meinem neuen Arbeitgeber haben wir ein Arbeitsverhältnis von 40% vereinbart. Laut GAV ist die Höchstarbeitszeit bei Coiffeuren eine 43 Stunden Woche. Bei einem Pensum von 40% wären dies ja dann 17,2 Std. pro Woche. In meinem Arbeitsvertrag steht aber dass es sich um eine 40% Stelle handelt und die Arbeitszeit laut GAV daher 18 Stunden pro Woche beträgt. Dies ist meiner Ansicht nach aber falsch, denn es wären in meinem Fall eben die 17,2 Stunden pro Woche.
<br />Liege ich da mit meiner Annahme richtig dass da ein Rechenfehler vorliegt!?
