<p>Jedes Jahr werden alle Mitarbeiter unserer Bank (35 Stück) verpflichtet an der Generalversammlung unseres Arbeitgebers an einem Samstag gratis zu arbeiten. Es beginnt um 17:30 und geht bis 24:00 Uhr. Abmeldungen werden nicht geduldet, ist also nicht auf freiwilliger Basis. Wir erhalten dabei ein Nachtessen und einen Butterzopf wie alle Genossenschafter. Mich stört das enorm, dass wir diese Stunden nicht aufschreiben dürfen. Schliesslich arbeiten wir an diesem Anlass und jedem wird ein Job zugeteilt. Gibt es da ein Gesetz auf welches ich mich stützen kann?
