Ich bin seit Juli in einem neuen Arbeitsverhältnis. Man teilte mir mit, dass an einem Wochenende im Dezember (Sonntag auf Montag) ein Teammeeting stattfindet. Die Tage, die am Wochenende gearbeitet werden, bekommt man wieder gut geschrieben. Nun habe ich auch bereits vorher eine Einladung zu einer Hochzeit am Samstag davor bekommen. Da es sich um eine sehr gute Freundin handelt, will ich hier ungeding dabei sein. Das Problem ist, das der Ort, an dem das Meeting stattfindet, ca. 2.5 Stunden vom Büro entfernt ist und auch die Hochzeit findet etwas weiter weg statt. Insgesamt wären es 6 Stunden fahrt. Da ich dort bereits morgens anwesend sein sollte, habe ich mit meinem Chef geredet. Ich teilte mit, dass ich gerne mitkomme aber erst gegen Mittag anreisen kann, da ich davor auf der Hochzeit bin. Er sagte mir, dass er das zwar versteht aber es ist Anwesenheitsplficht. Ich kann entwerder dabei sein oder gar nicht kommen. Auf dem Meeting wird auch über den Bonus gesprochen und der wird dort verteilt. Falls ich nicht da bin, bekomme ich nichts. Nun bin ich in der Zwickmühle, einerseits ist es mir sehr wichtig, bei der Hochzeit dabei zu sein, andererseit bin ich ja auch Teil des Teams und habe dazu beigetragen und somit ja auch Anspruch auf den Bonus. Ausserdem will ich dem 2-tägigen Meeting ja nicht fernbleiben, lediglich etwas später dazu stossen, da es von der Entfernung einfach unmöglich ist. Kann mir jemand einen Rat geben!
