Ich musste Notfallmässig zum Neurologen. Die Firma schreibt mir die 2 Std. nicht zu Gut! Ist das gerecht?

Sehr geehrte Damen

Sehr geehrte Herren

Bitte helfen Sie mir, ich möchte mich gerne bei Ihnen erkundigen wie das gesetzlich wirklich geregelt ist.

Der Fall ist so dass ich vollzeitig angestellt bin, von Montag bis Freitag von 8-12h und von 13-17h.

Ich arbeite in Zürich, bin aber in Luzern wohnhaft.

Nun möchte ich mich erkundigen Betreff meinen Vorsorgenuntersuchungen.

Es ist so dass ich sicherlich schauen möchte dass ich möglichst früh morgens einen Termin vereinbaren kann,

damit ich danach gleich zur Arbeit gehen kann oder möglichst zum späteren Nachmittag damit ich nicht grad einen ganzen halben Tag fehle.

Nun habe ich am Donnerstag 26.7.2012 meinen ersten Termin um 14h, das heisst ich muss um 12h gleich los und zeitlich schaff ich es auch nicht mehr

zurück zu kommen ins Geschäft.

Nun habe ich das meinem Chef so mitgeteilt und von Ihm kam dann folgende Antwort:

Wie Du weißt sind wir natürlich gesetzlich verpflichtet es Dir zeitlich zu ermöglichen zum Arzt zu gehen, das machen wir selbstverständlich auch. Allerdings müssen wir Dich für diese Zeit nicht freistellen, sondern können verlangen, dass diese Zeit vor- oder nachgeholt wird.

Als werdende Mutter wirst Du nun natürlich ab und zu mal zum Arzt müssen und da ich annehme dass der Arzt in Luzern ist, wird jeder Artztermin mit dem Arbeitsweg vermutlich einen halben Tag dauern. Um keine Unklarheiten aufkommen zu lassen, möchte ich deshalb gerne hier eine klare Regelung.

· entweder Du nimmst für diese Termine einen halben Tag frei (und besprichst das jeweils vorher mit mir oder Francine)

· oder Du holst diese Zeit am Abend nach und zwar noch in derselben Woche.

In diesem Fall wären das 4 Stunden Arbeitszeit die Du nächste Woche nachholen müsstest, also jeden Abend (ausser Donnnertag) bis 18 Uhr.

Bitte gib mir doch gleich am Montag morgen Bescheid welche Variante Du bevorzugst.

Bitte ich benötige Ihre Hilfestellung, ist das so wirklich gerecht?

Ich habe da in einem andern Bericht gelesen dass man die Arbeitszeiten nicht nachholen muss
