<p>Mir wurde in der Probezeit gekündigt.Am 12.1. zum 18.1. Nun war diese Kündigungfrist auf der Kündigung nur 6 Tage, statt den gesetzlichen 7 Tagen. Ich wies den Arbeitgeber darauf hin.....nichts geschah. Eine Woche später schrieb ich ihm ein Schreiben und wies nochmals darauf hin. ....nichts geschah
<br />....ich sprach nochhmals mit meinem Chef, mit dem Hinweis, dass die Kündigung auf Grund des Formfehlers nicht gültig sei.Inzwischen wäre auch meine Probezeit vorbei und ich hätte eine Kündigungsfrist von 4 Wochen. Am 31 bekam ich dann eine neue Kündigung  mit den gesetzlichen 7 Tagen ....also nun zum 19.1......ist sowas in der Schweiz rechtmässig ? Bitte helft mir.
