Ich arbeite in einem gastronomischen Betrieb, einem Café.
Vor ein paar Tagen wurde mir und meiner Arbeitskollegin eröffnet, dass ich 90 und meine Arbeitskollegin 220 Minusstunden hat.
Wir sind beide perplex, weil mein Chef bisher immer davon gesprochen hat, dass wir Stunden ABBAUEN müssen - meine Arbeitskollegin hat sogar seit nem halben Jahr immer wieder nachgefragt, ob sie nicht viel zuwenig arbeite. Immer wieder meinte unser Chef, nein, das sei schon richtig so.
Und jetzt plötzlich das.
Darf er unsere Minusstunden ins nächste Jahr übernehmen?

Mir ist es schon passiert, meiner Nachfolgerin ergeht es nun genauso. Sie ist in einem vom RAV bezahlten Berufspraktikum für 6 Monate angestellt. Nun hat ihr Chef ihr angeboten sie fest anzustellen. Seine Bedingung: Die etwa 100 Minusstunden die sie hat, werden in den neuen Vertrag übernommen. Darf er das denn? Und wenn ja, kann sie auch verlangen dass er ihr stattdessen den aktuellen Lohn entsprechend kürzt? Denn sonst wären diese 100 Minusstunden ja dann plötzlich mehr als das doppelte wert, da sie ja später viel mehr Lohn bekommen würde.

Darf ihr Chef die noch vorhandenen Minusstunden in den neuen Vertrag übernehmen?

Ich Arbeite seit 4 Jahren in einem Unternehmen .Im letzten halben Jahr ging die Arbeit zurück so dass ich oft Zusätzliche Freitage bekamm weil es keine Arbeit hatte. Inzwischen sind die auf 50 Minus- stunden angestiegen .Da ich nun gekündigt habe wollen sie mir 5 Ferien Tage an meine Minusstunden anrechnen . Ist das erlaubt da die Minusstunden nicht mein verschulden sind?

Ich arbeite seit gut 2Jahren in einem sozialen Beruf Alterheim als Pflegeasistentin. Nun habe ich am 1.8. eine neue zweit Ausbildung begonnen als FaGe verkürzte Ausbildung. Mit einem neuen Lehrververtag. Meine PDL hat klanlos die angeblichem 34Minusstd. Und 2Ferientage, welche ich zuviel bezogen hat in den Lehrvertrag übernommen.
Weiter arb. Trotz 1Schultag immernoch 100% und oft 6Tage am Stück. Was kann ich tun?

Während meinem Mutterschaftsurlaub unterzeichnete ich meinen neuen Arbeitsvertrag bei meinem bestehenden Arbeitgeber, bei welchem ich nun schon seit 4 Jahren arbeite. Dann vereinbarten wir, dass ich noch etwas länger zu Hause bleiben kann und dies auf Minusstunden nehme, welche ich bis Ende 2015 abarbeite. 1 Woche nach dem Mutterschaftsurlaub wurde mir auf 4 Monate gekündigt. Nun muss ich die Minuszeit voll abarbeiten bis Ende Juni 2015. Ein Teil wurde mir von meinen Ferientagen bereits abgerechnet. Jetzt 30.4.2015 habe ich noch 48 Minusstunden bei einem 50% Pensum
