<p>Meine Frau ist frisch schwanger (5. Woche) und möchte noch so lange wie möglich arbeiten. 
<br />Bei der Bewerbung muss sie die Frage auf Schwangerschaft nicht wahrheitsgemäss beantworten (Büro-Job). Wie schaut nun der Kündigungsschutz während der Probezeit aus? Man wird den Bauch ja irgendeinmal sehen können. 
<br />Laut OR gilt der Kündigungsschutz erst nach der Probezeit, jedoch darf einer Frau auch kein Nachteil aus der Schwangerschaft gemacht werden (Gleichstellungsartikel). Was gilt nun stärker?
<br />Soll meine Frau beim Stellenantritt bereits bekannt geben, dass sie schwanger ist oder soll der Arbeitgeber "von selbst" darauf kommen (was wir beide weniger gut fänden; sind grundsätzlich ehrliche und offene Leute).

<p>Ich habe fristgerecht in der Probezeit gekündigt am Ende einer Woche auf 2 Wochen Kündigungsfrist. Jetzt behauptet die Firma sie könnten mich verpflichten länger in der Firma zu bleiben obwohl ich auf 26,7,13 gekündigt habe, schriftlich und bestätig wurde mir dies am 11.7.13 also vollkommen korrekt oder?
