<p>Hallo
<br />Ich bin Berater und muss beruflich am Samstag ins Ausland reisen. Dabei fällt eine Reisezeit von 10h an. Mein Chef will mich nur die hälfte davon kompensieren lassen. Darf er dass? Muss ich das so hinnehmen, obwohl mir ein ganzer Tag Freizeit abhanden gekommen ist? Zudem werde ich am darauf folgenden Sonntag Arbeiten, weil in diesem Land eine Arbeitswoche von Sonntag bis Donnerstag dauert. Ich habe jedoch einen Schweizer Arbeitsvertrag. Kann ich in dem Fall Sonntagsarbeit geltend machen und eine 1.5 Fache Entschädigung verlangen?
