<p>Ich habe schritlich (per Mail) einer Stelle als Lehrperson zugesagt. In diesem Mail hiess es, ich solle den Lehrauftrag kurz und formlos bestätigen, was ich gemacht habe. In diesem Mail stand aber auch, dass nach meiner Zusage ein Arbeitsvertrag aufgesetzt würde und mir zugesendet würde. Diesen habe ich nie gesehen.
<br />Jetzt habe ich eine andere Stelle gefunden, die besser für mich ist.
<br />Die Schule, bei der ich zugesagt habe, ist nun natürlich nicht erfreut und sagt, sie sei im Recht. Ist das wirklich so? Ich habe zwar zugesagt, was einem Vertrag gleich kommt, aber da sie gesagt haben, es gäbe einen zusätzlichen schriftlichen Vertrag, macht es dies komplizierter?
