<p class='vspace'>Meine Frau arbeitet als Pflegeassisten in einem Altenheim und übt derweil eine Weiterbildung als FAGE.
<br />Man hat Ihr zugesichert, dass wenn der Arbeitgeber die Ausbildungskosten auf sich nimmt, meine Frau verpflichtet ist 3 Jahre nach der Ausbildung im Altenheim zu arbeiten, ansonsten müsste Sie die Kosten auf sich nehmen. Nun hat man Ihr mitgeteilt (in einem zufälligen Gespräch mit der Direktion), dass dies nicht der Fall sei und Sie in 2 Monaten freigestellt wird. Leider hat man dies nicht im Arbeitsvertrag festgehalten, was jemandem dazu verleitet, sich ver.rscht zu fühlen. Was dazu noch eine Frechheit ist in so einer kurzer Zeit dies mitzubekommen. Was kann man da tun?
